Red Dot Butchery was founded in Linkou in 2022. It all started with the selection of meat – finding truly delicious origins, learning to identify marbling and cuts, and understanding the best performance of each piece of meat under different cooking methods.
We didn't start with a business plan, but rather with the simplest desire: "to eat truly good meat."

We only sell what we dare to eat ourselves.
Red Dot doesn't rely on fancy marketing; we sell what we love to eat: Australian wagyu, New Zealand lamb, American beef, hot pot slices, and seafood, with occasional surprises, all freshly sliced from whole cuts. We believe that for meat to be delicious, every step, from selection and preparation to packaging and the moment it hits your pan, must be handled with care. We don't go for exaggerated flair because good meat doesn't need words – one bite is all it takes!
